Meet The Staff

Dr. Emily Steil Marthaler

Dr. Emily Steil (pronounced "Style") Marthaler grew up in St. Augusta, MN. She is an alumni of St. Cloud Technical High School, received her BA degree with honors from North Dakota State University, and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2017. She prioritizes patient comfort and trust while taking a conservative approach to each of her patient's unique treatment needs.

Dr. Steil met her husband, Kurt, a Meire Grove native, when she returned home after dental school. Together they have a daughter, Sophie, and a golden retriever, Gus. They enjoy biking, going on walks, golfing, spending time with family, attending Meire Grove amateur baseball games, and cheering on their favorite team, the Minnesota Twins.

Born and raised in Stearns County, Dr. Emily couldn't be happier to now own and continue on the tradition Dr. Williams built alongside his amazing team. 

Missy

Dental Hygienist

Missy was born and raised in Melrose, Mn. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical College in 2009 where she obtained a degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been working as a Hygienist for 7 years and has been with Dr. Williams' team since 2015. She was drawn to this practice by the reputation it has at providing compassionate and individualized dental care. She was also interested in continuing her education in implant dentistry. Missy is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Dentistry and loves to build one-on-one relationships with her patients.

Missy and her husband have two daughters and reside in Elrosa. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and being active with her family. 

Rachel

Dental Assistant

Rachel is a registered dental assistant. She attended MN State Community and Technical College in Moorhead for dental assisting in 2007-2008. In the fall of 2008, Rachel started working for Dr. Williams. Over the years, she has had the opportunities to attend the Dawson Academy, assist Dr. Williams at Implant Pathways in Arizona, and have advanced training in oral sedation. She loves the variety of procedures Dr. Williams provides their patients. Rachel is married with 3 children.  

Abby

Office Coordinator

Abby was born and raised in Alexandria where she currently lives with her husband, Jake. They met at Bemidji State University where both of them were playing college hockey. They just welcomed their second baby girl in January. Abby moved back to Alexandria the summer of 2016 and started working for Dr. Williams that June. She has loved the opportunity to learn so much about the dental industry and takes a lot of pride in working for Dr. Williams. She enjoys getting to know all of the wonderful patients and seeing people's smile transformations. 

Rosita

Front Desk

Rosita was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC and moved to Minnesota in 1999. She resides in Sauk Centre with her husband and three daughters. She joined Dr. Williams' team in 2017. Rosita enjoys the fast paced work environment of dentistry and building relationships with all the great patients. 

Mindee

Hygienist

Mindee grew up in Alexandria, MN. She graduated from St. Cloud Technical College in 2005 where she earned her AAS degree in Dental Hygiene. She loves getting to know her patients and strives to make their appointments a comfortable and positive experience. Mindee is passionate about educating her patients and making sure you have a strong foundation to maintain a brilliant, long lasting smile. In her spare time, Mindee enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring the outdoors, and spending summer relaxing at the lake with family and friends.
